When buying a hotel room, you can choose between different designs and variants of the furniture.
For example, it is also possible to additionally install a Jacuzzi on the balcony.
Hotel E: Wing A + Wing B
Hotel E is divided into two wings (Wing A + B) and is currently under construction.
Wing A consists of 54 units and will be built right between Building N (Administration, Security and 7-Eleven) and Wing B , resulting in a particularly quiet location.
Wing B contains 70 units and is located right next to the pool and music stage K. This allows an unobstructed view of the pool lagoon area from the balcony and thus also represents an exclusive private space near the stage.

Condo vs. Hotel (rental)
If you want to invest in Thailand, you will most likely come across the opportunity to buy a condominium in order to generate passive income. Unfortunately, it is not that easy, because there are many hurdles to be overcome when looking for a suitable property, such as the complete renovation of the property or the search for a suitable service provider (agency) for the rental.
Another difficulty is that in Thailand it is not allowed to rent a condominium on a daily or weekly basis. Accordingly, all tourists who want to rent for less than a month fall out of the potential rental target group.
